When should you book the service?

Where should diagnostics begin?
Tell us when the symptom occurs and include the vehicle’s message. This helps us prepare for the diagnosis.
Warning light or fault message
Copy the exact message or attach a photo to your service enquiry while the vehicle is stationary. Tell us when it appeared and whether vehicle behaviour changed. Follow the vehicle’s own instructions.

Tell us the charging method, location, battery level and vehicle message. Mention whether it has happened at another charging point. A charging problem does not always mean a battery fault.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make an appointment without an error code?+
Yes. A warning light, vehicle message or your description of a noise, vibration or change in operation is enough to begin.
What happens if the fault is not found within 60 minutes?+
We explain our findings and ask for approval before continuing. Further diagnostics cost €119/h, charged at €59.50 per started half-hour. Parts and repairs are agreed separately.
Is a fault code a complete diagnosis?+
Usually not. A fault code shows that a problem has been detected, but the cause needs investigation before replacing parts.
What details help with an intermittent fault?+
Record the date, weather or temperature, battery charge level, driving situation and exact message. Also tell us how often it happens and whether it began after service, a tyre change or an update. Do not try to reproduce a dangerous symptom.
Will an intermittent fault definitely be identified on the first visit?+
Not always. The symptom may not occur during the investigation, and the first hour does not guarantee a final diagnosis. We explain what could be established, what remains uncertain and what further investigation would be justified.
Does diagnostics include a traction battery capacity test?+
No. Diagnostics does not include capacity or SOH testing or an internal battery inspection. Ask separately which battery assessment is available for your car.
Can diagnostics be combined with scheduled maintenance?+
You can include both needs in the same service enquiry. We agree the diagnostics and maintenance scopes and prices separately and arrange a suitable time for the combined work. A service enquiry does not yet confirm an appointment.
