Does the noise come from the front or rear, when the car is cold or warm? We check joints and control arms before agreeing on replacements.

Frequently asked questions
Are Tesla control arms and joints inspected?+
Yes. We check control arms and joints as part of the suspension inspection. If a part needs replacing, we verify compatibility using the vehicle’s details.
Is a battery underside inspection a battery health test?+
No. The check covers the visible underside and guards. It does not measure battery capacity or internal condition, or confirm that a battery is safe after an impact. If we find damage or anything unusual, we agree on further inspection with you.
Does the suspension inspection replace a comprehensive vehicle inspection?+
The €69 suspension inspection focuses on suspension, steering and visible underbody structures. The €119 comprehensive inspection also covers other vehicle checks. Choose the scope based on whether you are investigating a specific symptom or the vehicle’s overall condition.
Is the wheel alignment done automatically?+
No. Wheel alignment is added only if required by the replacement part or inspection finding and you approve the work.
