Tesla service packages
Our own service package is designed for Finnish driving conditions. It does not replace Tesla’s maintenance instructions for your vehicle.
Estimated duration 2.5–3 hours. Prices include 25.5% VAT, replacement of the model-specific cabin air filters and cleaning of the filter housing. HEPA and carbon filters and other replacement parts are agreed separately.Included in the package
- Brake caliper cleaning and model-specific service of moving parts
- Replacement of cabin air filters (excluding HEPA/carbon filters) and cleaning of the filter housing
- Inspection of tyre condition, pressure and wear
- Inspection of the chassis, suspension and battery underside
- Inspection of lights, wipers, washer and door mechanisms
- Inspection of the charge port, charge flap and charging cable lock
- Inspection of the visible coolant level, leaks, and condition of the condenser and radiator assembly
- Review of the low-voltage system and the vehicle's service and fault messages
- A written report of the work and findings

For Model 3, model year and heat-pump equipment particularly affect air-conditioning maintenance. We also check Highland parts compatibility separately. Cabin-filter replacement and brake maintenance are selected using the service history.

Model S2012–2026+
Model S filter and air-conditioning intervals differ between vehicles built before 2021 and newer cars. Suspension parts are checked against model year and suspension version. Start with diagnostics if the air suspension drops or the ride height changes.

Model X2015–2026+
Model X maintenance is assessed using model year, equipment and work recorded in the vehicle's maintenance summary. Cabin filters are distinguished from HEPA/carbon filters, and suspension repairs are priced for the individual vehicle.

The separate service includes compatible cabin air filters fitted and the filter housing cleaned. This work is also included in the €289 Model Y service package, so there is no need to book it twice.

They are not included in the €105 separate service or the €289 service package. If the vehicle has HEPA filtration, we check whether replacement is due and quote for its equipment before work starts.

When is replacement due?
Depending on the equipment, Model Y cabin filters should be replaced every two or three years. Check the car’s maintenance summary and last replacement date to avoid changing them unnecessarily.

What the inspections cover
Any repairs identified during the inspection are agreed separately.
Brakes and moving parts+
Calipers are cleaned and moving parts serviced as appropriate for the model. Worn pads, discs or repairs to seized parts are agreed separately.
Cabin filters+
The package includes replacement of the model's cabin filters and cleaning of the filter housing. HEPA and carbon filter replacement is assessed separately.
Suspension, tyres and battery underside+
The inspection covers the suspension, tyres and visible damage to the battery underside. It does not measure high-voltage battery capacity or involve opening the battery.
Charging connection and cooling system+
We check the charge port, flap and cable locking, along with the visible coolant level and leaks. Any abnormal findings may lead to further investigation agreed separately.

The starting price includes the specified parts, replacement labour, final check and 25.5% VAT. We check parts compatibility using the registration number and confirm a fixed total price before booking.

Tell us about your car
Send the registration number, mileage and known service history. Include the last filter and brake service dates if you know them.

Describe the symptom
Write down the vehicle warning and when the symptom occurs: cold, warm, while braking or at a certain speed. You can attach a photo or video to the service request.

We confirm the work and time
Suggest an arrival time. We confirm the work and appointment with you. The service package takes approximately 2.5–3 hours.

You receive a written report
You receive a report of the work performed and any service needs. Keep it with your car’s service history.

Frequently asked questions
How often do Tesla brakes need servicing?+
For vehicles driven on salted roads in winter, Tesla recommends brake caliper maintenance annually or every 20,000 kilometres. The work depends on the model and manufacturing date: Model Y vehicles built after February 2025 do not require brake lubrication. Checking brake fluid condition is a separate maintenance item from cleaning the brakes.
Does Tesla require annual service?+
There is no traditional annual general service programme. The manufacturer specifies time-, mileage- and condition-based inspection or replacement intervals for individual items.
Does service carried out elsewhere affect the warranty?+
Warranty coverage depends on your car’s warranty terms and service history. Keep the records of the work and check any unclear terms with the manufacturer.
Do you carry out software updates?+
Tesla delivers the vehicle's software updates. During service, we inspect reported faults and the agreed mechanical and electrical items.
Does the battery coolant need to be changed?+
According to Tesla's current instructions, in most cases the battery coolant does not need to be changed during the life of the car. We assess whether a change is needed if the car displays a warning, there is a leak or repairs require it.
What is the warranty on work and spare parts?+
Service and repair work carries a 24-month warranty. Parts carry a 12–24 month product-specific warranty under the manufacturer's or retailer's terms.
