Seasonal service for Finnish conditions

The brakes and the condition of the car are checked in one visit. The package is not Tesla's defined periodic service, but Virtahuolto's own service for Finnish operating conditions.

Estimated duration 2.5–3 hours. The prices include VAT 25.5% and the car's standard cabin air filters. HEPA and Carbon filters and other replacement parts are agreed separately.

According to condition

Inspections common to all models

There is no fixed replacement interval for all parts. Brake pads, brake discs, low-voltage battery and air conditioning refrigerant are renewed based on condition, measurement or car notification.

Frequently asked questions

Does Tesla require annual service?

No traditional annual general service. The manufacturer defines its own time-, kilometer- and condition-based inspection or replacement intervals for different items.

Does service done elsewhere affect the warranty?

The car's warranty terms and service history decide on a case-by-case basis. Keep the work order and, in an unclear situation, check the warranty terms directly from the manufacturer.

Do you do software updates?

Tesla delivers the vehicle's software updates. During service, we inspect reported faults and the agreed mechanical and electrical items.

Are found fixes made immediately?

Not without your permission. We will tell you about the find, the content of the work and the price before starting the additional work.

Does the battery coolant need to be changed?

According to Tesla's current instructions, in most cases the battery coolant does not need to be changed during the life of the car. The possible need is assessed based on the car's own report, leak or repair work.

What is the warranty on work and spare parts?

Service and repair work has a 24-month warranty. The warranty for spare parts is 12–24 months for each product, according to the terms of the manufacturer or retailer.
