What does the service include?
You know in advance what you're paying for. Possible findings and corrections are processed as separate decisions.

- Test drive and evaluation of steering, brake feel, sounds and vibrations
- Inspection of tire tread depth, pressure, condition and uneven wear
- Checking the condition of brake discs, brake pads, calipers and visible brake parts
- Inspection of joints, bushings, control arms, tie rods and wheel bearings
- Inspection of the visible condition of the springs, shock absorbers and steering
- Visual inspection of the chassis, protective panels and the bottom protection of the high-voltage battery
- Inspection of visible fluid leaks and cooling system hoses and connections
- Function check of the lights, horn, wipers, washer and seat belts
- Visual inspection of the charging connection, the charging hatch and the included charging cable
- Function check of doors, bonnet, tailgate and visible seals
- Going through the instrument cluster warnings and service needs reported by the car
- Written summary of findings and recommended order of urgency

- High voltage battery capacity or condition test
- Extensive diagnostics of fault codes or actual troubleshooting of the symptom
- Four-wheel alignment, demolition, repairs or spare parts
- Replacement and service work specified separately by the manufacturer's periodic service

Often asked.
Does the inspection replace periodic service?+
No. The condition check tells about the current condition of the car. Replacement and service work specified by the manufacturer is carried out as separate service if necessary.
Is a high voltage battery health test included?+
No. We check the bottom protection and visible condition of the battery, but the capacity or State of Health test is arranged separately.
Are the detected defects corrected at the same time?+
Not automatically. First you get the findings, recommendation and price. Corrections will only be made after your approval.
Is the inspection suitable for evaluating a used electric car?+
Yes, as a general fitness survey. However, it is not an official fitness certificate and does not replace a model-specific battery test or troubleshooting.
