When is a condition inspection the right choice?
A vehicle inspection gives an overview of the car’s condition. Fault diagnosis and scheduled maintenance are separate services.
Buying or selling a used electric vehicle
Tell us about known faults and previous repairs. The inspection does not measure battery capacity or detect every hidden fault.

What does the service include?

- Test drive and evaluation of steering, brake feel, sounds and vibrations
- Inspection of tyre tread depth, pressure, condition and uneven wear
- Inspection of brake discs, pads, calipers and visible brake parts
- Inspection of joints, bushings, control arms, tie rods and wheel bearings
- Visual inspection of springs, shock absorbers and steering
- Visual inspection of the chassis, protective panels and the bottom protection of the high-voltage battery
- Inspection of visible fluid leaks and cooling-system hoses and connections
- Function check of lights, horn, windscreen wipers, washers and seat belts
- Visual inspection of the charging port, charge flap and supplied charging cable
- Function check of doors, bonnet, tailgate and visible seals
- Review of instrument-panel warnings and service needs reported by the vehicle
- A written summary of our findings and which jobs should be done first
Not included in the price
- High-voltage battery capacity or health test
- In-depth fault-code analysis or diagnosis of a specific symptom
- Four-wheel alignment, disassembly, repairs or parts
- Replacement and maintenance tasks specified in the manufacturer’s scheduled service programme
- Statutory roadworthiness inspection or inspection decision
Frequently asked questions
Does the inspection replace scheduled maintenance?+
No. A condition inspection assesses the car’s current condition. Replacement and maintenance tasks required by the manufacturer are carried out separately when needed.
Is a high-voltage battery health test included?+
No. We check the battery shield and visible condition. Ask separately about availability if you need a capacity or SOH test.
Is the inspection suitable for assessing a used electric vehicle?+
Yes, for an overall assessment of the car's condition. It is not an official condition certificate and does not replace a model-specific battery test or diagnostics.
